Changed your mind? No Worries! We have an easy 30 day return policy (for domestic orders*) that begins from when the product arrives to you.
All merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging to be eligible for free return. Opened items, products where the factory seal has been broken, or products without the original packaging will not be accepted or credited unless damaged. We do not guarantee “mint” condition on packaging, we guarantee brand new condition.
If you qualify for the above, you may choose to refund back to your original form of payment or receive a store credit. Customers who choose to return for store credit will receive a $5 added bonus to their refund amount.
Upon receipt of your return, you will be refunded the value of the merchandise. Original shipping is not refundable. Please allow 3-5 business days to process your refund after the item is received by our Returns Department.

The collectible must be returned in the same condition as it was sent to you, with all original parts and packaging. We need to receive the item complete in order to approve the refund.
In the event the product received was damaged, defective, missing items, or the wrong item, please contact Help@SyndicateCollectibles.com within 5 days of the delivery date. We apologize for the inconvenience and we will help to resolve your issue in a timely manner.
If you intend to get another item we do not process/offer direct exchanges. Please return the original order for a refund and place a new order for the item you would like to receive instead. This is the fastest way to receive your new item.
